From 1st February 2026 Shanklin Theatre has partnered with Secure My Booking for Ticket Refund Protection https://securemybooking.com/

Theatre tickets are non-refundable unless protected – protect your order from the unexpected for just £1.50 per ticket.

Ticket refund protection allows you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price (not including protection fee or postage).

With refund protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of:

•             Accident, injury, or illness

•             Severe weather preventing travel to the venue

•            Travel delays due to breakdown of public transport, car breakdowns, and strikes

•             Plus much more!

For a worry-free purchase, protect your tickets as you cannot add to your order after you have paid.

Please note, in order for all your tickets to be covered you must purchase protection for each ticket you are ordering.

Refund applications are made online between the customer and Secure My Booking. Shanklin Theatre does not handle refund applications.

The Theatre must have an up-to-date email address for customers wishing to purchase Ticket Refund Protection in order to email the customer the ticket purchase receipt – to be supplied by the customer to Secure My Booking for online refund applications.

Should a show be cancelled or rescheduled, the Theatre will refund tickets to customers irrespective of whether the customer has/has not purchased Ticket Refund Protection.
