Shanklin Theatre Rewards for Friends Members

As an additional enhancement to benefits provided to Shanklin Theatre’s Friends members, the Theatre has introduced a Rewards scheme. When a member of the Friends purchases a ticket for a qualifying show, either online or via the Box Office, a credit of £1 for each ticket purchased is added to the Theatre account of the member. Rewards credits can then be used against future ticket purchases at the Theatre, either online or via the Box Office.

As new shows are added to the Theatre’s website, many will be enabled for Rewards, with ‘Friends Rewards’ included in the online show description to indicate which shows include Rewards.

Rewards do not have a monetary value and can only be used for Shanklin Theatre ticket purchase.

Using Rewards via the Box Office

When wishing to use accumulated Rewards at the Box Office for ticket purchase, customers inform the Box Office person serving that Rewards are to be used. The customer’s Rewards balance can then be checked and the customer can decide how much of the balance is to be used as part or all of the payment for the purchase.

When tickets are purchased online, the Rewards balance, if applicable, is shown on the Payments page, allowing Rewards to be selected as part or all of the payment if required:
