Digital Archivist – Help Us Build the Shanklin Theatre Archive

We’re looking for a volunteer with a keen interest in digital archiving to help us develop a new online archive for Shanklin Theatre. The archive will contain photographs, textual documents, videos and podcasts, arranged as themed online exhibit pages.

You’ll work alongside our IT team to help organise and curate our growing collection of Theatre photographs and memorabilia. Some experience with metadata or digital collections would be helpful, but a strong interest and willingness to learn are just as valuable.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help preserve and share the rich story of our Theatre with the wider community.
