This famous operetta needs no introduction - full of fun, wit and well known brilliant music, it defines Gilbert & Sullivan at their early best.
From the unruly band of pirates (who aren't nearly as rough as they make out to be) to the eccentric Major-General, hopeless bunch of policemen and a 'piratical maid of all work' the story takes on a romantic twist between a pirate just coming out of his apprenticeship and one of the Major-General's many daughters.
After various skirmishes, fun, frolics and glorious songs, the end is, as ever, silly but most satisfactory! Come along and join in the fun!
